my ex and his attorney had the same extact custody schedule that the custody evaluator suggested. I did not receive the settlement offer until 6 weeks later. Could they have had inside information? How did they know this was the schedule.

Should I ask for a different custody evaluation. I cant do this schedule to a 2 year old. It is so disruptive and harmful, and it puts me in and my son in danger.
